Burrata Pesto

- • Bunch of green beans, baby spinach & baby kale
- • Toasted pine nuts
- • Fresh basil
- • Fresh tomatoes (skin pealed)
- • Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
- • Cherry tomatoes
- • Pistachios

Instructions
- • Steam green beans, baby spinach and baby kale
- • Let them cool down and place them on a dish
- • In a bowl, prepare a pesto with toasted pine nuts, fresh basil, pealed tomatoes and EVOO
- • Place burrata on top of the vegetables and top it with the pesto
- • Dress up the dish with sliced cherry tomatoes and pistachios.
